The outdoor pool was an absolute oasis in the midst of the stunning garden. It felt like diving into paradise, with the shimmering water refreshing me like a splash from a tropical waterfall. I could spend endless hours basking in the sun, sipping on cocktails, and feeling like a blissful mermaid.
Missing television in the bedroom.

We got great value for our money with a clean and beautifully presented room, surrounded by lush gardens and amazing bird life. The location was peaceful and away from crowds, and the staff, Sue and Patrick, treated us like family.
The breakfast option could have been improved by offering a wider variety of choices.

our stay at kuranda ngorongoro lodge was simply amazing. sue and patrick, the hosts, were fantastic. their hospitality, along with the unique experience of being greeted by a cockatoo and spending time with friendly birds, exceeded our expectations. the breakfast delivered by a cockatoo was a fun touch. definitely worth staying the night in kuranda for this!
wifi was weak and unreliable.

I recently stayed at Kuranda Ngorongoro Lodge for a few nights and it was a truly enchanting experience. The property is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and overlooks a serene running stream. The charming African-themed cottage was well-equipped and beautifully located in the middle of the rainforest. The hosts, Patrick and Sue, were amazing people who were passionate about sharing their love of African travels. They also have a pet cockatoo named Fritz, who added a delightful touch to the stay. The breakfast provided was lovely and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you, Kylie and Lynda.
Would recommend this hotel.

I keep coming back to this lodge. The staff helped me with local info during my first stay. It suits me perfectly - free Wi-Fi, fitness centre, outdoor pool, and more. Can't wait to return for Christmas!

the tranquil and peaceful ambiance of the lodge allowed us to completely relax and unwind. the owners, Sue and Patrick, welcomed us with warm smiles and their beautiful bird, Fritz. the lush vegetation, impressive waterfalls, and proximity to the sea added to the overall charm of the location. the African-themed house was open and spacious, with French doors leading to the verandah from every room. the hosts' love for animals, especially birds, was evident throughout the property.
Nothing that I didn't like. 😊

The setting of the house in the rainforest was jaw-dropping, allowing us to fully experience the sights and sounds of nature from the verandas. Sue and Patrick were incredibly kind and knowledgeable hosts, who took us on a guided walk through their property. The accommodation was luxurious and spotless, with a beautiful setting in the forest. The remoteness and lush vegetation added to the unique and peaceful ambiance. Meeting Sue, Patrick, and their beloved birds was a memorable experience. The lodge and its surroundings are a true paradise, with impressive waterfalls and the sea nearby. The rooms, gardens, and African-inspired decor were simply stunning. The breakfast was a lovely gesture, and we cannot wait to return.
